These are used for reading the level of liquid  in a tank. The glass pipe of the level gauge is protected with stainless steel pipe which is open on both sides and this provides clearer reading. Sealing is perfomed with additional tightening of the nut which can not demage the glass pipe.Level gauges can be made with flanged connections.
